Worst experience with a business of any sort let alone a automotive business.\r
The worst customer service imaginable. \r
I had my engine rebuilt, it took 2 weeks longer than promised, surcharged $800 over the agreed upon price, and my car didn't start a week after I took it home. Not to mention that it took me weeks to finally air out the smell of cigarette smoke and grease from my leather.\r
The service rep. is rude and does not care about your car. \r
If your car is important to you, find somewhere else to take it.
