Good: When the doctor does make it to your room after you sit in the waiting room 3 hours after your scheduled appointment time and usually sit in a room for an hour or more, when he makes it to you he is very nice and does listen to what your problems are and treats them as he feels needed.. Bad: The idea that the lady that comes in the room to see you before the doctor comes in does not have a medical degree of any sort but she still comes in & does a "quick check up", listens 2 your heart asks you whats wrong things a nurse or medical assistant or doctor is supposed to be doing.
Also I do not agree that the spouse of the patient is not allowed to go in the room with them when the patient wants the spouse there to discuss a problem she/he is having that is of great concern.. Improvements: The doctor show up on time for his appointments that he has set at 9. He doesn't get in the office til around 1, if your lucky. It would also be nice if he spent more time seeing patients instead of sitting at a computer doing non-work related things on the computer. If there is something non-work related you want to do on the computer then at least show up to work on time and see your patients and then you could have time to do your other things. The health and well-being of your patients should come first.
