Unethical, irresponsible business 11/29/2011

I spent more than $100 on a silver bracelet with a single charm right before Labor Day. Less than two weeks later, the charm broke (not the ring on the charm....the charm itself). It took me more than a month to get someone at the store to respond. I shipped the bracelet back to them, expecting either a repair or replacement of the defective item. Another month has gone by and now they want me to pay $24 for the repair. Disgusting...That place is a gold mine, obviously so much so that they don't care about ethical business practices. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! more

Broken jewelry 2/13/2010

I bought a few pieces of jewelry at this store (a necklace, earrings, and Chamilia beads) and ALL of them were broken in no time!!! All stones were missed from Chamilia beads, I could never expect that I will have such a bad experience with a jewelry store. I called the store and left my phone number but no one ever called me back!!! I will never shop there again, I waisted enough money at this store! Thanks! There are many jewelry stores at OC, NJ, but Terry Ivory is the worst one! more

Buyer Beware 9/26/2009

Although Terry Ivory has a wonderful selection of merchandise, please be aware that what you purchase is yours and do not expect any help if you have a problem with an item. After making a very large purchase of a Chamilia bracelet and 9 silver and gold beads as a gift, we immediately discovered there was a problem with one of the beads . We contacted the store, only to be told all sales are final. We tried 5 times over several weeks to reach the owner without success. They are good at selling but not with standing behind what they sell...Be Careful what you purchase!!! Pros: Nice selection Cons: Customer Satisfaction more
