Took my bike in with a bog issue while accelerating paid $260 for it and got it back still with the bog issue. They said it was normal for a 250x to have this "bog" and apparently...

I bought the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja300 in 05/12/13 with the GTPP. I think it is too expensive to me, So I go to dealer to cancel it in 05/26/13. The finance manager tell me to 3 month for the credit. But I don't receive any information from this dealer at all. So I call this dealer in 10/22/13 and talk to Victor. He tell me that that the finance manager was quit and doesn't leave any cancellation record to him, but he will handle it from now on, and I will get the credit back in one month later. But I still don't receive any information from this dealer after a month past. I call him in 11/29/13. He tell me that heis busy and will call me back in 10 mins later. But I never receive his call. I call kawasaki in 12/23/13 to ask for help, Kawaski says they are waiting dealer to fax them the cancellation and will have dealer call me when they done it. I still hear nothing from dealer. So, I call kawaski for help again in 02/27/14. Finally, I get cancellation done. And kawasaki credit money to dealer last week. So, I call dealer today to follow up the status, same thing happen, Victor is busy, and will call me back soon. Then I still never receive his call. I try to be polite and patient when I call the dealer, but what did they treat me? I don't think it is that hard to cancel GTPP. By the way, I have to say, Their sales are very professinal and friendly. But finance department is not. more

Paid for Nothing 2/23/2012

They said it was normal for a 250x to have this "bog" and apparently I just didn't notice this "bog" the last 60 times I've went out riding. It's B.S. still almost throws me over the bars but that's "NORMAL" These lazy peeps apparently just want to make a quick buck or are worse at troubleshooting than I am. Pros: null Cons: null more

If you want it, this place probably has it. I own 3 bikes, all different brands, and every time I need something, they usually have it on the shelf. Or they special order it for me with no extra charge. And they have tons of bikes. I haven't used the service dept but my buddies go there and say it's pretty good. more

Good Service 10/22/2008

Our motorcycle needed new tires and an oil change. We called for an appointment and they fit us in within 3 days. The bike was finished on time. the price for the service was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good place to take your bike for service. more

Nice place 10/16/2008

The employees have always been friendly and knowledgable every time I've gone in. And I've been going since it was Murrieta Motorsports (when the location first opened). I've seen them expand multiple times. It's a nice layout, but the bikes are a little crowded (because they have so many). \r \r I don't know if it's because of the current economy issues, or if it's the new owners, but when I went in recently the employees where more like car sales men (i.e.: vultures). Really turned me away. I miss the friendly, family atmosphere that once was. Which is why I gave it three stars. more
