BAD customer service! I took some team shirts in to get personalized, and once I got to my car, I realized one was messed up. It looked like there was some residue left over between the letters from applying the name. When I asked what happened and if it could be fixed, I was told they messed it up, had to cover up their mistake, and apply the correct name over it. No apology was uttered AND the guy blamed me for the mistake, saying the list I gave him was misread by his employee. When I dropped off the shirts to be personalized, I gave them a printed list of names that corresponded to the correct sizes and verbally confirmed with this same guy which names went with each size shirt just to make sure we were clear. I didn't necessarily want a refund because it was only $4 per shirt, but I expected an apology at the least and maybe half the cost of the shirt back as a nice gesture. I will not return to this store or refer anyone here. Bad, bad customer service.
