Good: Knowing that I never have to use them again!. Bad: Terrible customer service by the so-called service manager, Dave Fisher. He CLEARLY has issues with women and problems with his memory when recalling quotes he gives for repair. He is unprofessional and rude to say the least. Dave Fisher is by far the WORST person I have ever dealt with in a “customer service” setting. PLEASE NO ONE USE FRONT RANGE HONDA FOR SERVICE REPAIRS!. Improvements: Customer service Retraining at the minimum, and most definitely terminating Dave Fisher!.
