I called on a Tuesday, and she ""happened"" to have a cancellation later that afternoon. This should have been the first clue, but I was in need of help. She asked me to verify my insurance first before confirming the appointment, which I was quite happy to do. However, when I got there, she wasn't even there. Ten minutes after our scheduled appointment time, she arrived, had me fill out paperwork, and then spent 30 minutes trying to understand how my insurance co-payment worked. She wanted me to give her an additional credit card ""just in case there were uncovered charges."" I refused, flat out. She was more worried about money then about taking care of the patient right in front of her.
