Tattoo Charlie's is one of Louisville's best know tattoo studios. I personally have received two from them (my first at the Berry Blvd. location, the second at the Dixie Hwy. location). I was very pleased with the service I received at both locations. The tattoo artists and the studios were very professional and clean ( very concerned about supply sterilization). The prices are a little higher than other studios, but I would rather pay more and have the piece of mind that I am in a clean studio. Definitely recommend!
