Improved my Drive and my Back 1/19/2010

I had a herniation in my lower back which caused me to dread playing a long 18 holes. After working with TargetZone training I am now able to have a fun pain free 18. Also I increased my drive by 15 consistent yards. There is no other program like it in Chicago. Pros: Makes Golf Lessons fun and increases fitness more
