Terrible tanning beds and terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 9/27/2008

DO NOT USE THEIR TANNING BEDS!!! They are old and in bad condition, you will easily be burned even when you usually tan easy. Their prices are outrageous to begin with, but even more so because of their old, inadequate equipment. I agree with the earlier post as well about them encouraging you to spend more. I told them I only wanted one tanning session and they tried to get me to buy a package and wouldnt let up when I continuously turned it down. I finally had to be firm with them which I am not comfortable with. Good thing I didnt get the package because the tanning beds are so awful. I will never go back and I would never suggest this place to anyone. Pros: Nothing Cons: Nagging service, bad equipment more

Not an honest business 9/9/2008

I've gone here numerous times because it is close to my apartment and because they are open later than most places. While they do a good job with their manicures/pedicures, I made a vow after going there today that I will never go back. Every time I go there they try to charge you more than you'd expect to pay. They do this with me and I've seen them do it to all other customers there at the same time. They advertise $19.99 manicure & pedicure for mon-wed and then manage to find some reason as to why you have to pay more. They try to convince you that you need an upgraded mani/pedi and charge you extra for things that come standard at most other places (i.e.: foot scrape, extra coats, etc.). When your nails are drying they try to convince you to get a massage so they can charge you extra for that too. I like having my nails done in a relaxing atmosphere and I've had it with going and dodging extra services and being nickled and dimed. There are other places in the area that are equally as good and value their customers by not trying to rip them off every chance they get. I would strongly suggest staying away from this place. Pros: Quality work, Good location Cons: Nagging and always trying to charge more more
