Tanner B's is located at the former site of The Tip Top Tavern, which was a fixture from 1946-1986. The original 15-stool bar still remains and two large televisions provide satellite television viewing. The dining area now houses comfortable booths, and is a no-smoking dining room. Sidewalk dining on the new surface is available .
It is a good restaurant with american standards. They have a good variety of sanwiches, sides and desserts. I like the variety of dressings.
It is definitely not on the expensive side.
