I have been to this salon multiple times and these girls make you feel so welcome and do a fabulous job at all of their services! They offer a lot of services!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone! more

Everytime I have visited Tanglez, all of the girls are so friendly and the shop is always very clean!! I love that we clean our own tanning beds because I feel like that way you know just how clean it is!! I think that is more sanitary! All the stylists are professional and I always get great service!!! more

I made an appointment to get a haircut and I asked the receptionist for an appointment with someone that specialized in short haircuts. She said that all the stylists there could do great haircuts - I should have known then that there may be a problem. Not everyone specializes in precision haircuts. I was given an appointment with TARA. It was a terrible experience and haircut. I had to go somewhere else to have them fix the cut as much as they could. I would give them 0 stars if the system let me do that. I'll never go there again. more

I went to Tanglez on the advice of my good friend who has been having her hair done by the owner Pam Campbell for 20 yrs. Initially everyone was very nice. The stylist Tara severely burned my scalp and finally washed the color off after I asked 3 times. I have been getting my hair colored for over 15 yrs and have never had this happen. Gave them over 2 hrs for a color and cut on my SHORT hair. After the burn incident Tara was informed I had to leave by a certain time to pick up my 6 yr old and she said she had time. 15 min after the named time my hair is finally getting washed. I left out with wet sopping hair and was charged 115.00 . WHen I questioned was told they charge by coloring roots and the ends of hair are extra. My hair is short. Was told because they used Double color (I have a red streak in the front). I had to go back and get the BLACK dye removed off my face. WHen I got home I dried my hair only to find to my horror it was black!! Not chocolate Brown, When I called the owner Pam Campbell to request a refund due to my chemical burn, black hair and complete dissatisfaction was told "I don't do refunds!!" SHe said when I was there I shouldve complained and if I had not put such time constraints on my stylist the hair would have been done correctly. My old hair dresser cut my hair yesterday and told me to report them to the Board of Cosmetology. She was appalled by the burn to my scalp and the large amount of scabs and flakes coming off my scalp. If I could give no stars I would have. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst hair experience EVER and I am not hard to please. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! more

Good: Quality, Service, Friendliness, Atmosphere. Bad: A little pricey. Improvements: They're services are a bit pricey - wish they had discount days such as 10% off the month of your birthday or something... Other than that, I love it.. Other: I have been going to Tanglez regularly for at least 5 years, since about 6 months after they opened. I have had every girl there cut my hair, and most have colored it at some point. I now tan there also. Everyone has been very friendly, not only to me, but also to my 4 year old son, who also gets his hair cut there now. I've never seen them be rude to anyone, including the walk ins, unlike the above commenter that states otherwise. They really are fantastic!. more

Drove around to a few places before I decided to stop here. Doesnt look like much from the outside but it looks great inside. Great service, got exactly what I wanted. The best haircut I got since being here in Dahlgren. All the employees are nice and friendly. Will definitely go again. more

I have gone here regularly for about a year and half. I have found all employees I've dealt with to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. As a walk-in, I've waited, but for no more than 1/2 hour. Obviously as a repeat client, I recommend it highly. more

I don't know if they were having a bad day or what... but I will never go there again. Called ahead and asked if they took walk-ins or did I need to make an appointment - was told to come on in. When I arrived the rude employee told me they did not serve walk-ins. No alternate appointment was offered to me. I am a very normal, average, every day woman and this hurt me very much. I tell everyone to stay away from this 'snobbish' establishment. more

Very friendly people at this salon. The shampooer is great and really scrubbs your head for a mini massage. For some reason, maybe because my hair is asian I have a great deal of trouble finding someone I am happy with as a hairstylist. I am really happy with Danielle. They also have tanning beds. more

This beauty shop is conveniently located for easy access for the King George residents. The cosmeticians who work here are all friendly and do good work. It also has a tanning bed. more
