I have eaten at Tandoor for at least five years. This is not because the food is great (it's not) but because it's close to the house. And close is a good thing when you have to return your order for a refund... This evening we phoned in an order for take-away food: mixed veg pakora appetizer and two veg dishes. We did not check it before leaving and did not notice that it was wrong until we'd gotten the oprder home. I phoned and made them aware that the order was incorrect. No apology, no offer to make it right. I asked that the charge to my card be cancelled. They demanded that we bring the order back so that they could ""see"" for themselves that it was wrong. Only then would they refund the money.
