Talavera

Summer was relatively quiet except I can hear my neighbor in the garage stairwell like clockwork at 7:15am right on my bedroom wall. The only way I can sleep is to wear ear plugs at night that cause me great ear pain having to wear night after night. Oh it get's better, Football season and I can hear the a**holes from the next building yelling drink mother f***er drink! Woo Hooo go mother f-er!!!!!! Not only do children live here but I live here and it is NOT ok. I moved here thinking I was far enough from the rif raf of UT. Think again. This is NOT a family complex and no one seems to care when the party goes on all night Saturday night or even better the a**holes leave their hounds on the balcony to bark every time a squirrel or a bird hits the tree. Management ""ACTS"" like your friend worthy of an Oscar award. They ""CLAIM"" to give a violation notice but in actuality they are just trying to figure out how to get YOU out so you will not cause problems. And if that doesnt get you then the a**holes at the grade ""POLITICAL SCIENCE"" school that opened up next door makes their announcements over a loud speaker so that you can start learning the students names in a quickie. Great location, poor community, poor living for families, and down right NASTY with noise. more

HUGE THANKS TO TALAVERA!!!! This company has really changed my feelings about apartment communities. These folks came through for me when it counted. I posted a review here on yelp to express my concerns that I had while staying there. The folks at Talavera were quick to respond. They looked into the issues that I raised and addressed them swiftly. I was then contacted by the Jr Regional Manager, who took it a step further and acted quickly to resolve my issues. I work in the customer service industry and I know how important it is to make sure you do what you can to make your customers happy and to protect your brand. They did just that and made me a very happy guy. On the plus side this apartment community is very nice, peaceful and quiet. Its very pet friendly, right across from Walmart so its very convenient. Pros: Near Walmart Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE! more
