Taka often has special types of fish you just won't find at other places. He makes his own special sauces and combinations of delectable fish treats that make him famous! he should be on iron chef, but he cant take the time away from his loyal followers. He always manages to inspire the taste buds, so that I can't wait to come back for more. This is real Japanese cuisine! Taka is a master chef and you can taste the love he has for his artistic profession. I have eaten sushi just about everywhere at least once in the last 36 years. since I found my way to Taka sushi 13 years ago, I can find no reason to go anywhere else. I have met several people that have come from as far away as Alaska, Montana, New York and elsewhere that return to eat here whenever they are in town. Taka Sushi is the best kept secret to the people that know where it is located, because the place is small with not much seating at the sushi bar and we don't like to have to wait! so get there early or try it during the mid-week. You are in for a treat! I hope to see you there soon, sushi guru katosan
