The people make the difference and eye to eye contact with the customer 1/6/2014

I liked working with Alisha from the start her no hassle attitude without pressuring me the customer made me feel right at home. She wasn’t like most young people that act like they know it all, if she couldn’t answer a question she didn’t BS you. She walked me around to the different areas within the main floor everyone where happy. The waiting area was very clean alone with the restrooms clean. Over all one of the best experience I had at an auto dealership defiantly look forward to the future for my next purchase and telling my friends. more

right from the phone call to schedule a key fob programming, to the greeting by the service dept, to the washing of our dirty car as going above and beyond the people at Tacoma Nissan were excellent in customer service. So much if I were to buy a new car I would check them out first. more

Great and Fun Experience:-) 12/23/2013

I had a great time getting my new Xterra. I enjoyed working with Jake and felt he did whatever I needed to make the deal. I was thankful to the management for also letting me in the end get what I wanted at the price I needed to pay monthly:-) It was a great team effort and I would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family. The car is a big hit and I am really happy with it. I went from a small sports car to this do to family changes but its got a great feel and looks even better.
