Excellent in all areas of service. Reasonable price. Issues resolved in timely manner. Honest and trustworthy. Incredibly precise in articulating the job done even to a layman's like me. Technical and mechanical expertise is oustanding. Respectful, friendly and always ready to help. It's a culture of excellence in service done right for the first time. Superlative? Why not ask for Alex Burton to experience all what I said. more

Friendly and professional service 3/2/2014

One thing I hate about getting my car serviced at dealerships is that they would entice me to do other major and expensive service repairs thats not needed, if you didn't know much about cars, i.e power steering/brake fluid/antifreeze flush, etc. I definatly did NOT feel that here. Everything was done just how I wanted with courtesy and friendly service. I even asked if those things were needed done, she said, "Nope, it was checked and its good to go." Thats what I like to hear. more

Pleasing service department 3/1/2014

I bought my Pathfinder at another Nissan dealership last summer and had been making the commute to Auburn for simple oil changes, even though Tacoma Nissan is a mere five minutes away from my work. The lightbulb finally came on, and after finding an online coupon for the oil change, I decided to give Tacoma Nissan a go for my service needs. I am glad I did! The service advisors were very attentive and prompt and had me checked in within minutes. They were very accommodating, warm, and showed interest in other customers needs and addressed their concerns appropriately. My Pathfinder was back less than an hour later and I couldn't be more pleased with everything. Pricewise, it was better than the other dealership, and they earned my next service trip without a doubt. Thank you, Tacoma Dodge! I will be back! more

I have never had a problem with their service department. They are honest and efficient. They have bent over backwards if I ever had an issue. They are very friendly and always remember me. Makes me feel like family! more

Extraordinarily helpful service. 2/27/2014

Alex, the service rep I was randomly assigned to, is as good as anyone I've encountered in my life, and she's better than 99% of them. The only other service department I've ever gone to that was in the same league of helpfulness was at a Mercedes dealership--and they weren't this good. more
