I ordered 5 items at the drive-through, and after checking through the bag (1/2 a mile later) I realized there were only 4 items in the bag.
I returned to the store, went inside and firmly asked them to ""make it right."" The shift manager, Jason, apologized, had the cooks remake my whole order, and offered me two empanadas for free. I gratefully thanked him and headed home.
I wrongly assumed that they would get the order right the second time. When I got home and started eating, my girlfriend and I realized that they made more mistakes the second time. Of the five items they got two right.
I would recommend going to the 3300 S. Main St. location.
