I just bought a new part for my mower less than 40 days ago, and it broke... Over 50$ down the drain. I called to ask what could be done and was told nothing. They are not respon...

I just bought a new part for my mower less than 40 days ago, and it broke... Over 50$ down the drain. I called to ask what could be done and was told nothing. They are not responsible apparently for selling reliable parts. My rider mower is useless in June! thanks T&S mower...i won't be back...way to stand behind what you sell :( more

I have purchased equipment, parts and service from Garry Thompson, (Olmsted Falls City Council Pressident) ,and Owner/Pres. of T&S Mower Service for many years and have never been dissapointed. Garry even goes so far to please a customer by assembling all the equipment he sells, tractors, mowers,whatever.. Service is excellent as he will have parts (if not in stock) ordered overnight if necessary. His shop will bend backward to get a customer's work done in a timely manner, and if there is a problem, return the unit to the top of the service log for further review. The Thompson family has served the community with distinction for over thirty years! Pros: Excellent Service more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r They sell good products at full retail but fail to stand behind their service work. I have bought a walk behind leaf blower $1000, a snow blower, $500 and a chain saw, $350 from this company along with several annual service tune ups on my lawn mover and other equipment over the years. Probably a total of close to $3000 over the past 10 years. Everything is great until you have to bring the equipment back for something they did not fix correctly the first time. The owner Gary completely lacks any customer service skills and is only interested in how much money he can make on the next service call rather than building a business with loyal customers.\r \r There are so many other companies out there that will work hard to earn and keep your business that you don't need to give your hard earned money to someone who does not appreciate your business.
