Remember Chachkys from the movie Office Space (if you haven't seen the movie, go out and by it, it's worth it, especially if you work in an office)? This is it in living color. I can only imagine the manager telling the waiters they aren't smiling enough or having enough fun, or wearing flair. I happened to go once when it was ""hat day"". Every single waiter and waitress was wearing a hat, like it was mandatory, it's kind of depressing. But anyway, the food is typical american food. The tables are crowded together and always full of people. Not fun if you have a baby.
