I have to tell you that I do not complain about service, unless it is just simply disastrous. And that is my experience with Susie's Custom Designs.\r

I have now been a customer here 3 times and the first 2 times the tailoring jobs were adequate--not great, by any means--but do-able. Susie's is not a cheap tailor and the turn-around time is a minimum of a few weeks and the tailoring job is just okay. This alone is not the reason for the review. \r

I have never, ever, in my life been treated with such disrespect and poor customer service. There was an ""incident"" where a stain which was not on my dress when I left it with Susie's appeared when I got the dress home. Not only would no one even listen to my complaint or even apologize in the slightest, I was attacked personally, yelled at, and then hung up on. I was not even able to explain my ""side"" of the story and was constantly interrupted and abused. It was one of the worst experiences in my life, customer service or not. \r

As no one here takes any responsibility for their actions, I highly recommend that if you have any item that you care about, you do not take it here. I have been to many less expensive, higher quality tailors in the LA area who are gracious and kind and stand behind their work. This is not such a place.\r

It is a shame to have to report this, as I really was giving them the benefit of the doubt.\r
