After an unpleasant dining experience (per City Search Policy, specifics of experience cannot be disclosed), I called the management team at Sushi on Shea to inform of my less than satisfactory experience and request that my specific concerns regarding my unpleasant dining experience be investigated by the management team. The management that I spoke to did not apologize for the terrible experience that I had after dining at the facility and did not agree to check on the food items that I addressed. The management team member also raised her voice and treated my valid concern as malicious and untrue. Specifics of the conversation will not be disclosed, but the overall tone of the conversation was completely unprofessional and upsetting. I would not recommend dining at Sushi on Shea.
