wow the food is absolutely terrible and i had to correct them on the order twice....terrible service and rice/sushi was very hard and seemed days old.

If you want a real treat, order the Bento Box. It may not be on the menu but they'll make it. No reason to order anything else as far as I'm concerned. more

I absolutely LOVE Sushi House! Let's start with the appetizer. Their calamari tastes great. It's thin and cooked perfectly. But that's not all that's great about the calamari. The sauce that comes with the calamari is SPECTACULAR. It has just enough spice and tons of flavor. I order a lot of delivery food and when I get my sushi craving and don't feel like going out, I take my chance with delivery. I have NEVER had great sushi delivery. Sushi is a food that you absolutely have to eat right after it's made. However, with Sushi House the delivered sushi tastes just as good as if I was sitting in their restaurant. My final point... I have a bad sesame allergy and it's hard for me to find a sushi place that will take care of it. I've ordered sushi from GrubHub before and put in the notes for each item ordered that I'm allergic to sesame but every time there has been sesame on it. Sushi House has NEVER put sesame on my food after telling them about my allergy. more

INSECTS IN FOOD!!!!!!! 7/30/2008

I have ordered ffrom this place twice now and it has insects in their food TWICE. I go to open the box and there was a GRASSHOPPER LEG in my chicken teriyaki. DO NOT ORDER from this place I am warning you. It seems they operate their kitchen near where there are insects and somehow insect debree gets in it without notice so stay way away from this place. more

Great sushi, friendly service 11/22/2006

Although I am a loyal carryout customer, I have eaten in the restaurant. Service is excellent either way, and this is the best sushi in the area among all the places I've tried. The only notch in the negative direction is that sometimes you might have to wait a bit on a carry out order if it is a busy night (but this has only happened to me once and they seemed to be shorthanded). This is my usual Friday lunch spot. Since going there I haven't been able to complain much. It's close to the office and they have my order ready usually as I arrive, which usually takes 10 min. to prepare. This Sushi House is my least favorite of the 3 Sushi House Chains they have. They get more of a business crowd and the experience shows.\r \r I have both eaten in the restaurant and carried out. I would not recommend carrying out if you have a ways to travel with the food. The containers the put the to-go orders in cause the quality of the Sushi to suffer. Only being 5 min. up the road, it doesn't pose too much of a problem. If I have time I dine-in because of this.\r \r The Sushi is good and they have my favorite Rolls the Atlantic Roll and the Dynamite Roll. On occasion my wife joins me and she has had good experiences there too. California Rolls are fresh they way she likes them.\r \r My past trip threw me off, I ordered my usual 2 rolls, made it back to the office to find out they made one Roll completely wrong, not even close to what I ordered. I made the ride back up there and explained they made the wrong Roll and the Chef had a frustrated look on his face and they told me 5 min. I told them I wanted the Dynamite Roll made fresh also, they told me no problem. 25 min. later and countless facial expressions from the chef, my Atlantic Roll was boxed up and they gave me the original Dynamite Roll, prepared 40 minutes ago back. I saw it coming and explained, the hostess talked with the chef after apologizing and made him box up another one being made for someone else from what I made of the situation. Again, another upset facial expression from the chef.\r \r All that aside, when I made it back to the office 45 minutes later with my fresh Rolls, they were wonderful like usual, but I burnt up 60 minutes of lunch for what should have been 30 minutes. Don't get me wrong, I am upset, but I hold this place to a higher standard due to the frequency I patron this place. Pros: Good Speacialty Rolls Cons: Attention to order details and To-go Containers more

The sushi is good, but the service can be a bit slow if there are alot of people in there, but there usually is not a crowd. more
