Creative rolls include the Las Vegas roll with ahi, hamachi and avocado quick-fried in tempura batter for a finish that's hot on the outside, cool in the middle. Other options include a sizzling seafood stir-fry that's prepared to order and smothered in a fusion of flavors including mango, garlic, sake, sesame oil and passion fruit. Coconut shrimp are gently fried to golden brown and served with a spicy chili plum sauce.
