truly superb sushi 7/19/2007

Each time we visit california, we have to go to this place. This is true, authentic sushi similar to what you can find in Japan. Fish variety is amazing and nigiri are to die for. Amazing freshness, balance and taste. They also have great appetizers like fish liver in ponzu and fried tofu. The restaurant is always packed but the sushi is definitely worth the wait! more
