Sushi Suck! 6/28/2006

This place turned out to be a huge disappointment. It's expensive and their sushi sucks. Unagi is not fully cooked, sashimi is not fresh and rice is not soft. Service is okay and they give you free soup, seaweed salad and green tea ice cream. Although they have happy hour from 3:30 - 6:30pm, all drinks half off and sushi 25% off, i won't go back to this place. more

sushi rock is decent japanese restaraunt. their service is okay and their staff is friendly. the food is decent but a little on the pricey side now, but that's polk street. they do offer happy hour for cheap beer and appetizers and that could make for a cheap meal. otherwise, sushi rock is moderate and their prices are okay, i go there sometimes but not often. more
