Dr Eiji Minami is a consummate professional, he's been a surgeon since 1980s and at Overlake Hospital the whole time. I went to him for inguinal hernia surgery. I was very nervous but he and his staff were truly excellent!! I've had trips to the dentist that were more painful than this surgery, seriously. He took a very scary situation and made it seem almost like a day at the spa. He is very soft spoken, top notch bedside manner, is very sensitive and genuinely concerned. He is just great. He also got voted one of the top 5 general surgeons in the region by a 5000+ doctor PEER review in Seattle magazine! The guy is THAT GOOD. If you're going to see Minami, you are in very good hands. I am living proof!
