Don't believe the negative reviews on this page, Supreme Limousine will beat any other Limousine Company's price out there, because of this, other owner operators will spend time writing bad reviews. The company has been in business for over 25 years with the same owner, doesn't that speak for itself. Not only that but there are only like 10 reviews. If every customer that rented a limo from Supreme would leave a review, there would be 1000's of good reviews and the same 10 negative ones. They say if someone has a good experience with a business they will tell one friend, and if they have a negative experience they will tell 10 friends, or now days get on the internet and write a bad review. more

I too was quoted an incorrect price and was not told the real price until halfway through our trip. \r \r After reading through these reviews, the same grammar mistakes are found in all of the positive reviews (same as this company's craigslist adds). Makes me think that there are not any actual positive reviews, its the owner Gene posting with different accounts. \r \r Please, look elsewhere when considering a limousine service. You will regret this company immensely if you choose to use it. more

PAY ATTENTION! 1/20/2012

- I was quoted wrong when I booked my reservation. $125 + 20% = $150. Not $155. - The limo driver showed up an hour early, telling me he was told to be there at 5:30, which was wrong, even though the voice mail he left me shows that he knew the correct time. - I was asked if I wanted to driver to text or call me when he arrived, I said text message please. He called. - The birthday balloon was pink with butterflies and smiley faces. I told them many times that I was planning this for my fiance and that it was his birthday. What 22 year old male wants a pink balloon! Yes, it's only a balloon but it was still an important detail. - The limo driver was pulled over 10-15 minutes into our limo ride and we sat there for 20 minutes with two cop cars behind us. - I was told I would get a gift certificate for a future limo reservation, but I did not receive one that evening. - I was also told that I would get the gratuity refunded to me because of everything that went wrong but now the company is not going to pay me back. Please pay attention to details, they're very important sometimes. _________________________________________ * Even though the details of the evening were wrong, the company has done what they can to help our situation. They refunded the gratuity of $25 back to me and have sent me the gift certificate that I was supposed to receive. The certificate was for a free hour, which was nice. I'm glad they took the time to make things better more

The Worst 1/5/2012

Horrible, booked Christmas lights limo tour for family in 2010. Everyone ready to go, kids & their friends & no limo. 50 minutes later driver calls & is about 20 minutes away still & is lost. He has awful attitude, like he was doing us a favor. After asking for directions he then asked if WE knew were there were lights to be looked at. They advertise lights tour yet driver had no idea where to go. Canceled limo at that point & could not reach owner when I tried later. Ruined our night. more

Excellent service, I am very happy with their service. I used Supreme Limousine many times and I am extremely satisfied. Their drivers are friendly, punctual and helpful. Wonderful customer service, beautiful cars, neat, professional drivers. The driver showed up early. The limo was clean inside or out and in new condition. The prices are also very reasonable! Great overall experience. Easy and fast to make a reservation. I recommend using this company.? more

Best limo service ever!! 11/11/2011

Thank you so much for the best birthday ever. I had my super sweet 16 and supreme limo made the day just that much better. The driver was so nice and fun he laid out a red carpet in front of the door and the limo had the best stereo system I have ever heard. He drove us around through down town Minneapolis and made sure all of us were happy and he even got out and took pictures of all of us. He was also nice enough to give us an extra 30 minutes to drive around more. The limo had the coolest ceiling and colors. I had the best time of my life. I would recommend supreme limos to everyone I know. more

Supreme Limo- Me and my girlfriends took out your H2 hummer limo for a night out in town! we had a blast. The interior of the car was super luxurious, fit 20 plus people comfortably. It rides better than my caddy! the driver was very professional, showed up 15 minutes early and brought us fresh ice. I would highly recommend the services they provide to anyone i know. xoxo rush more

Avoid This Company at All Costs! 4/26/2011

My son tried contacting Supreme Limousine 3 times in 3 different formats to get information, a quote or to reserve a limo for his prom. The website allows a person to reserve a limo, which he tried (and the site states that someone will call back for the particulars), to send a message using the site's online form, which he did, and to leave a telephone message, which he left. None of these methods resulted in a response within a 2-week time frame. Finally, I sent a message via the company's website messaging system stating my aggravation with the lack of response. I received a rude phone call back from a man named, Gene, while I was not home to answer the phone, nor was I able to return the call that evening before the close of their business hours. The next day I received another rude phone message from Gene threatening legal action from them because I didn't return the phone call immediately the previous day, and because I left a bad online review on another site (completely within my right) for their poor customer service. He tried to tell me that they had received none of my son's contact attempts (although somehow they had his name and address), and stated that ""numerous emails"" had been sent to me despite the fact that I had not provided them with my email address, therefore I have received no emails. Then, when I called them back I was told that he had tracked my son down to his school via the internet, which is where the interaction crosses into the gray area between extremely poor customer service, harrassment and possible illegality. Stay away from this company! What they call ""customer service"" I call psychosis! more

I had a horrible experience with this company. I booked a limo for my son's golden birthday. We made all the arrangements, including the details, date, time and my credit card #. My son and his friends were to be picked up and driven in style to the mall of america. They were waiting anxiously by the window waiting for the big surprise, but were sorely disappointed because the limo never showed up!! I called right away, and was in tears when I was told they had no record of my booking, could not help me, and there was no limo coming. The night was ruined. I called later to speak to the manager, expecting a profuse apology, an explanation as to what happened, and sincere attempts to try to make it right. Instead, I was treated HORRIBLY. I couldn't believe it. I was told there was no managers, as they were all ""out of town"", I was lied to and told there was no one there by the name of the man who I booked the limo with, I was told they would call the police if I tried to call back to speak to the manager, and then I was hung up on! So not only did they completely fail in their promise to deliver the limo ride, but they made matters way worse when they treated me so horrendously. I have never posted a complaint before, but the company ignored my letter and ignored my better business bureau complaint, so clearly they are not interested in providing good customer service and making things right when they screw up. So I just want to warn anyone out there looking for a limo rental, to stay away from this horrible, unethical company!! more

worst limo company EVER 3/14/2010

to start off when i called for a quote they asked what was the best price i had been quoted so far, i told them and they offered to beat the price by $25 the limo shows up the night of my birthday party and they driver has a invoice claiming I owe $225. He calls the owner and the owner claims i am lying and he doesn't remember ever offering me the limo at that price. I tried calling the owner myself and he wouldn't answer my calls. The driver called the owner back and he answered and said he didn't want to deal with me and turned his phone off for the night. it was my birthday and i had 20 guests at my house waiting to get in the limo, we ended up meeting some what in the middle price wise. Leaving the first bar downtown a cop stops our driver and it turns out all of his papers are expired, the cop says he has to fine the company $3000 and that he is going to tow the limo because they dont have a license to be operating as a company. We end up talking the cop into just giving the ticket and fine to the driver and letting us continue on our night. I will never use this company again and I recommend no one else does either!!!! Cons: to many to list more

Gene the manager has HORRIBLE mannerism. I will never to through this company again. He says one thing one day and the day of he says another. Horrible Service Un-Professional 8/31/2009

Driver showed up 30 min late on our wedding day. After refusing to provide the $120 gratuity for being late, our driver shut the limo off and would not drive us anywhere. We were paying per hour for our photographer and we were just sitting there. I finally put the money on my credit card, to just get things taken care of. The driver then changed the signed receipt and wrote that it needed to be cash. We once again refused to pay cash since we did not have the $120 on us. So he called the cops on us. The cops were on our side 100% and told us to take this horrible company to small claims court. Our wedding reception was on a boat, and the boat had to delay departure for 30 minutes because of this company. There service is absurd, and if I can save someone from the pain my wife and I went through on our wedding day this review will be 100% worth it. Basically, you will not be provided a receipt to review, and they can add little one-off expenses throughout the entire trip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Service, Timing, Respect, Price, Random one-off charges more
