My brother was getting married back in april. I was in charge of organizing the wedding and reception afterwards. I had been shopping different companies to rent a tent, tables and chairs for 200 and buffet, a dance floor and stage for the band for awhile. I was in between Superior and another company. The reason I went with Superior was because the manager, whose name is Leo, was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in getting through the difficult process of putting on a successful wedding/ after-reception un-scathed and with minimal new gray hairs. The delivery/ take-down was painless because they brought the gear agreed upon, set it up exactly how i wanted, and they even showed up on early/on time! I've used other party rental companies before and their equipment was not as nice, nor the service as hassle free. Everything is handled by phone and fax but I prefer the more personal human interaction as oppose to emails. Just make sure you have a cashier's check waiting when they arrive because they are COD and they do not take personal checks/ credit cards. But in this economy who can blame them.
