Customer Service Sucks!!!!! 5/24/2012

It is so important to have excellent customer service for any business bcz that is how your business grow and should be built on. This Company Superior Rentals & Design customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered on the phone.. I regret that I even called them, it makes no sense at all to be that sucky to people when they do not have to use your business. I refuse, refuse, refuse, refuse to be spoken to in a crazy manner when I am spending my money to enhance any business. I work for a large organization and we could have used this service for the many programs we sponsor.....but because the Customer Service Sucks!!!!!!! They can keep their poor customer service and their tents and shove it up their..... You get the pictures.. Tents come in dime a dozen and do not have to use your poor customer service organization. Premium Service and Good People 7/17/2010

My brother was getting married back in april. I was in charge of organizing the wedding and reception afterwards. I had been shopping different companies to rent a tent, tables and chairs for 200 and buffet, a dance floor and stage for the band for awhile. I was in between Superior and another company. The reason I went with Superior was because the manager, whose name is Leo, was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in getting through the difficult process of putting on a successful wedding/ after-reception un-scathed and with minimal new gray hairs. The delivery/ take-down was painless because they brought the gear agreed upon, set it up exactly how i wanted, and they even showed up on early/on time! I've used other party rental companies before and their equipment was not as nice, nor the service as hassle free. Everything is handled by phone and fax but I prefer the more personal human interaction as oppose to emails. Just make sure you have a cashier's check waiting when they arrive because they are COD and they do not take personal checks/ credit cards. But in this economy who can blame them. Inferior Rentals 12/27/2007

I called two weeks before my event to reserve a few rentals. The man on a phone told me I coulnt reserve them until he faxed me a proposal and I approved the pricing and faxed it back. I waited... and waited... and waited. \r Finally after three days I called and Leo the manager told me that I was an impatient customer and should wait until he was ready. Two more days then the weekend and I got nervous so I called another rental company, but they were all out of martini glasses now since it was so close tot he holidays, I called all the rental companies in the area and none had my items left so close. I was stuck. \r I called Superior Rentals back and told them I really wanted to rent from them and was ready to pay. Leo began to ""explain"" to me that, ""his customers worked on his time"" and ""i wasnt a customer"" I was a ""potential customer"" and shouldnt bother him until he was ready. \r I told him i didnt appreciate the was he was speaking to me and he said ""he could speak to anyone anyway he chose and began to shout all types of rude things."" I told him to cancel the order and he hung up. Pros: They have items when others are out Cons: Bad service, everything is done by fax, takes at least a week to set up a rental more
