To begin my experience, the salesman acted as though it was a hassel to negotiate price with me. He was very arrogant and acted as if I was putting him out. Almost as if he had better things to do then deal with someone who did not wish to pay sticker price.In addition, had to bargin with him just to convince him to put 2 new tires on this 2008 used car. After getting the tires put on, I was told by the tire company they use to install, that the other two tires were also bad. The tires are high performance and would cost me an additional $400. Not what I expect from a $16,000 car purchase, right out of the gate. The first time I went to get the oil changed in this car was 3 months after the purchase. The mechanic showed me the oil and it was BLACK. He said he doubted the oil had EVER been changed in this vehicle. Is this the kind of service and product they sell on a regular basis? I mean, they couldn't even provide a safe and clean oil vehicle for $16,000?? I would highly recommend that you check to see you are getting what you pay for if you decide to visit Superior Honda on Spring Grove Ave.The way I was treated and the quality and condition of the vehicle were completely unacceptable. STAY AWAY!
