I used Superior this year to pave my driveway. I heard nothing but fantastic recommendations from fellow neighbors. This served to be true because i had a great experience doing work with Superior. They were very professional and my driveway looks beautiful. I will continue to recommend their services & plan to continue doing business with them in the future!!! more

Wow i have to say if you need work done these are the guys to do it. I tried to get everyone to work with me, I am not made of money and these guys did all the work no problem for a great price. Ever need work done on the driveway check them out!!!! Great price more

i just had my driveway dug out and stone put down yesterday. there was NO clumps of sod. i am very detailed, and pay attention. the gravel is fresh and not reused. i understand that people will have different experiences with businesses, but the review above seems false. it's unfortunate when you are in business and accusations are made in false pretense. my only suggestion to Greg would be that he take some training on how to deal with customers. I spoke with him this morning, and although he answered my questions, he didn't sound very customer friendly. with that said, that is not a reflection of the quality of their work. so far i will say they look to be doing great work. i did notice after they dug out and put down stone....they cleaned up very well. that tells me they are detailed. all signs point to detailed quality work. i have a ways to go, and will post more comments when i'm finished. 6/7/2011...just had my binder put down by Superior. I couldn't be happier. As I said above...I am a detailed person. I can be very difficult to please when working for me. I would recommend Superior for paving. The binder is plenty thick, sloped correctly, and absolutely looks fantastic. The guys cleaned up everything, answered my questions. A job well done. I have to admit that I was initially a little concerned, as the price was so fantastic, that I wouldn't receive quality work. wrong. Superior is the way to go !!! more

This guy is a clown and i would not recommend him to pave your driveway. In this business he referred to as a shoemaker. he reuses the stone that already exists in the driveway not removing all clumps of sod. thus cheating you on the amount of weed free gravel on the base of your driveway. if he doest order enough blacktop for your driveway he will get a few shovels full of ""spoil "" from another driveway he just ripped up pound it into crumbs heat it and right @ the end of your driveway it goes. he argues with customers and will insult them if he sees fit. i have seen him unprovoked invite himself into a customers back yard and jump in thier pool. more

These reviews are fantastic or horrible. Unfortunately I got horrible. They dug out the old driveway and said they would call in a week or two after it had settled to schedule paving it. I went the next day and it was already paved. A guy working on my house said the mayor of the village and the village code inspector had been by to look at extensive damage caused by the pavers to the sidewalk. Why would the mayor be there? Apparently these guys have damaged so much village property in the past that they are thinking of requiring a permit to do a driveway just so they have before and after documentation of this one company. The first contact with the company was 4 days later the owner called me up, quoted word for word off the top of his head a line in the contract saying they were not responsible for any damage they did, tried to start an argument and threatened legal action. The same day I got a form letter saying payment was due in 10 days. The damage was bad, but maybe legally they wrote themselves a get out of jail free card and I should have read it more carefully, but the whole attitude I got from the company was just.....nasty? Pros: cheap Cons: worst company I've EVER dealt with more

I was scheduled to have my driveway done in July but they didn't come until early August. I was a little frustrated because i was told July. When they came in August the weather men were predicting good weather, but it ended up raining and all of the sealer splashed all over my house. I now realize why they push the schedule back so much to wait for perfect days. Superior came back and cleaned all of my pavers and my siding. They tried to clean it off of the garage but it wouldn't come off, so they had a painter come and paint my garage door. They also resealed the driveway. I can't say one bad thing about this company now that I have seen everything they have done for me. They probably spent double the money to fix my driveway and my house than I paid them to come out. It is rare to see a company that cares and makes sure everything is done properly. Superior has been a joy to do business with and I would highly recommend them. They had to re-seal our driveway a few times due to bad weather and the owner and office staff worked hard to make sure we were pleased. They did not even charge us because of the inclimate weather we had each time they sealed our driveway. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them next time as well. Purchased my house on Horseshoe Lane in Chittenango in 2004. \r I had superior top coat it , they did a great job and the drive is holding up just fine.\r There was a small line in the driveway and I called them about it, they said that it was \r just a line left by the paving machine. They even sealed my driveway for free because I complained!.\r I could not be happier with their service. My co worker also just had a blacktop driveway installed by them and she is very happy also. I should've read the other review first. I second EVERYTHING that was said by the other reviewer. I had the EXACT same experience. My driveway is very clearly higher in the center, flooding my garage. Owner will try and talk around you.\r DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Do NOT use this company! Totally lied to me and screwed up my driveway for $1k, I then had to call Ken's Paving to correct it for another $4k! The owner is a lying cheat! I suggested digging up old driveway, Greg said ""that isn't necessary"" If you want your driveway 2 inches higher then your garage where all the water going into your garage, then call this fool. If not, call Ken's Paving. Pros: cheap Cons: poor workmanship more
