I've been doing business with Supercuts for 10 years. This new location opened recently. On about my 5th visit there, the mgr decided to charge me a $2 'special request fee'. This was about 9am and she was the 'ONLY' employee there, so how could I have chosen anyone else?? I won't go back to Supercuts! more

Make sure you ask for Robert 6/15/2004

I was about to give up on Supercuts until I came across Robert Shaffer at the University Ave location. It wasn't just that the haircuts I got were bad (they were), but they were always bad in a different way, so you couldn't even give specific instructions to try to correct for the problem. Anyway, Robert may not inspire confidence at first glance - he's pretty much bald himself - but he's a consummate professional - great results every time, plus he's a genuinely nice guy. If you want a great haircut and you live in north seattle, this is the place to go. more
