Very Poor Service 1/27/2012

After purchasing a coupon on Hampton Roads Perks for 75.00 for 2 hours cleaning - one lady showed up 30 minutes late and did a terrible job. She did clean one bathroom and vacuumed - but other then that - did not dust, did not clean the bathroom floor in one bathroom. This was a terrible disappointment. Do not use if you want your home cleaned. more

poor service 11/29/2011

After receiving an unsatisfactory cleaning, I emailed ""Superhelpers"" to make them aware of the situation. (the toilet was not even cleaned!) After a week of no reply I emailed them again. They have never responded. I will not ever use this service again. more
