Sunshine Walk-In Urgent Care Clinic

I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. From the receptionist who sneezed in her hands and then handed me a pen without washing her hands.....to the nurse who asked me a half hour of rediculous questions such as what doctor prescribed you over the counter Motrin...really?...and the the topper...dr. Gupta came in ..never once let me finish a sentence...treated me like an idiot...I get severe ear infections that have landed me in the hospital multiple times...I was in massive pain and told her the entire ear hurt...she grabbed it never once apologizing or concerned about my pain...said nothing was wrong..said to send her my medical record from a different state that day and she would then prescribe ultram and antibiotic...I was sobbing on pain and she said there's nothing wrong with you...that was yesterday and I am writing this from a hospital bed with a serious infection in my bones in my ear...do not go here...horrible and I am reporting them more

I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gupta in a professional situation and several of my friends have been treated by Dr. Gupta. She is friendly and helpful and always professional. In treating my friends she gave them above average care and assisted them above-and-beyond in several instances. She has been located in Central Florida for quite a few years. Her husband also practices in the area. more

I used to go to Dr. Gupta when I worked in Lake Mary. I didn't find her very helpful at all. She was very queit and didn't answer my reaped questions at times. Her bedside manner is not too friendly and she never returned a few of my calls about some of my test results. I am now living in Altamonte and looking for a new doctor. more
