Sunrun Kennels

Have boarded my crazy lab there many times. Have full confidnece that she is well taken care of and the staff has been wonderful. I have used other kennels and so am able to compare its quality and care. more

Having worked at several kennels in Southern California, Sunrun Kennels is one of the nicest, most well maintained kennels I have had the pleasure of working. Unfortunately we have ex-staff members who have decided to come on and libel the kennel repeatedly. Isn't it funny how all the reviews comment on the same workers and have the same grammar and punctuation? We welcome anyone to come tour our facility and meet the staff and see for yourself. It is one of the few kennels that doesn't charge for feeding your own food, giving medications, or giving extra playtime. And yes, in addition to having indoor - outdoor, temperature controlled runs, the dogs are run either in play groups or individually twice in the morning and twice in the evening. i am not completely un happy with the care of my dog while boarding at sunrun. what does concern me is the unfamiular staff. i 've been boarding at sunrun for two years and absoultely loved the staff .karen and yvette were the two most caring caretakers i ve ever dealt with. they took the time and answered all my questions and my dog was always happy to see them. i respct the owner and her decesions but her new staff is rather rude and makes me feel as though i am intruding and my questions are silly. i may look for another kennel if things dont change more

Other: sunrun claims to take out your dog four times a day which is absoultely a lie . your dog is luckly to get out once during its stay at the kennel. during the holidays when its busy they will only feed once a day to save time. when a tour is refused its because the kennel is disgusting .toys treats and blankets are rarely given. the staff is rough with the dogs and never given special attention when needed. the staff is unprofessional and rude.the grooming is awful i would never leave my dog at sunrun.......!. more

I used this kennel a few years ago and liked them. They were clean and did not smell of urine. They had a double gate system to make it very secure. The dog runs also have an inner area that is inside a nice warm room for them to sleep in. They also own the place across the street that has a pool for dogs. more
