Good: best bikes, good deals, and outstanding bike tech service.. Bad: not one thing wrong with these guys. Improvements: just hope this business dose well enough to do any improvments that would cost dough.. Other: we got 2- 3500's, a remedy,and a lush from these guys. best price ever, and they take care of us so we roll in spec. repairs when i brake stuff are fast, affordable, and effective.WORTH EVERY RED CENT as is TREK and Sunbaums service and sales team.this all started with a walmart bike i totaled in 60 days. so we bought TREKS. now i wish i had that $129 for some mountain bike shoes.Sure I feel for those who cant afford TREK.. But the quality remains long after the price has been forgotten!!. more

Great customer service 4/2/2010

I did some research and decided what Trek bike I wanted. I had narrowed where I was going to buy it to two different shops. The first shop I went into had two teenage sales people that ignored me for a full 15 minutes, even though I was standing right in front of them trying to get them to help me. I walked out, and went to Sumbaum, where I was greeted promptly, asked if I needed help, and left to browse without pressure. When I had made up my mind, the gentleman was very informative and helpful. The difference was night and day. I know where I'll be going for all my bicycle needs, Sumbaum. more

Good Selection and Knowlegable Help 7/12/2005

I don't know much about bikes, I just knew I needed one. I went to Sunbaum at the recommendation of a friend who knew a bit more about bikes. I went in and the staff was very polite and attentive. They knew what questions to ask in order to get the answers they needed to recommend a bike I'd love. They gave me a few options and I must say I'm incredibly happy with my choice! They even recommended some great accessories and locks to keep my bike safe. more
