Sugar Creek Baptist Church

I have been to many churches most of my life and I found that a lot of them wasn't for me. i ask God to find me a church that my son and I can grow in. My friend as well as a neighbor introduce to me Sugarcreek Baptist Church. I felt welcome and how the everyone are family and caring. I like that fact that they have all grade levels of teaching for kids to grow in, so many classes to help you grow, and outside and inside playground to let your children feel like your at home. I like the fact that the Pastor teaches from the bible and gives out hands out where you can also study at home to learn more. They have a large area where you can study in private; even throughout the week too. There is also a bookstore and cafe to comfort your mind when you come to have private study and helps you feel at home. Many of the church members are friendly and makes you feel that you are cared about and welcome. I enjoy service and friendly people... I don't see much on the negative side but only to say they help a lot of people and cares about others well-beings.... more

I transferred here from Lakewood the mega church. The pastor preaches the Bible with scriptures in a way people understand. They hand out an outline will fill in the blanks to keep your attention like most of the Baptist churches I know. The music and technology are great. There is a full outside and inside play ground, inside one is like McDonalds gone wild. They have mutiple programs including a dance program for my friend. They have daycare for most of the programs outside of church you attend. For the bad, I can't say much. Some people not used to alter calls at the end, pastor outlines and pews may not be used to it. The pastor does stand up for things at times which is controversial, but I'd rather have that than a pastor blown this way and that.
