Subaru Bo's Imports Specialist

For over 30 years, we have taken over 10 of our cars to Bo's Imports for service. He has always treated us very fairly, and provided many insights on how to most sensibly keep our cars running well. We bought one car from him only to sell it back to him some years later when he acquired an upgrade, which is still running very well at over 152,000 miles. I know he has many loyal customers like ourselves, and although reviews like this will mean we will have to wait longer for his services, I am glad to spread the word. more

We are a contractors in Hayward, and we have 15 company vehicles. They are mostly older vehicles, and Bo's Import Auto Repair does all the service repairs and maintenance. I started with our company in 2003, and I believe we were using him even before that. The quality of his mechanical work is very good, and he always makes certain to take care of us and our repairs. We have had a lot of major repairs done by Bo's Import, and they have done a very good job. Not only do we use him for business purposes, but I now use him for my personal vehicles as well. There is always the question if you are getting a fair value for your dollar and only receiving repairs that need it when dealing with auto repair shops. I would say that the most important thing about dealing with Bo is that he is honest and straightforward. There is nothing hidden, nor does he use gimmicks. I come to Bo's Imports all the way from San Jose because I trust his work. I've been going to him for years. Example of his trustworthiness; I thought there was something wrong with my 4 wheel drive. Bo's is the end of my search for an excellent car repair shop. They are fast, friendly and efficient. They work with you until the issue with your car is resolved. I am generally not a consumer that is easy to deal wtih, but they were understanding and patient with me. They put my mind to ease so I put my trust in them and they were worthy of that trust. They explained what was happening to my car thoroughly so that someone who doesn't know much about a car could understand what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it.
