SuCasa has been in business at the same location for at least 35 years, owned by Ike Sewell, who died a few years ago. Quality always came first, with margaritas made from freshly squeezed lime juice w and discarded and replaced every three hours. The ingredients for all the food served was the best available. On a recent visit I found the same policy in practice at the bar, but the cordiality of the place as I had known it was not in evidence. Ike hailed from Texas, and the type of food is authentic TexMex. It was as I remembered it to be, though the service and presentation were not. The place needs stronger supervison and leadership to live up to its long standing reputation.
Pros: location, quality of food, ambience
Cons: staff seems lethargic, service needs tweekin, update menu
