I called Stuttgart Autohaus, LLC Automotive on Wednesday August 13, 2014 and talked with owner Gary I advised him at that point that I was looking for a white passenger door for my 2003 VW Beetle he then said that he could order it and that he could have it there in office in (2) business days and total charges would be $300 and that he could also install door at no additional charge and that he would not be charging me labor as well. So which sounded like a great deal to me so I then proceeded to ask him if door came complete with all hardware which intitles inside and outside of hardware of door and Gary said YES. So I said okay lets order the door which we did. I was told by Gary to take my vehicle in on Friday August 15, 2014 @9am for installation of door to which I did I drop off my vehicle. A couple hours have passed and relize that they still hadent called me letting me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up so I called the office at around 1pm and ask if my car is ready and was told by the secretary that my car had been ready for a while now so I dont know why noone would have called me to advise me. So I go and pick up my vehicle and Gary walks me to my vehicle and I go try to open door and it dosent open so I tell him and he gets upset and asks for my keys back so I give him my keys and he gos and messes with my door for about another 15min's comes back and hands me back my keys and said he fixed it so I go back over there and I open door and see that the inside of door panel where handle and rest of hardware and buttons should be are not installed so i ask him where the rest of the parts to the door are and he then proceeds to tell me oh the door didnt come with the hardware.Which upsets me at this point because I feel that I am being lied to and he is being dishonest and that I have just been cheated out of a door. I feel that I have paid for something that I was promised to get and I didnt get it. more
