Worst

Had my car towed here...no work to be done...just to hold. Was fine on Saturday night...this morning...NO breaks. The break line got snapped. They insisted it was not their fault....

Thanks for the break in price...since my breaks are now GONE 1/4/2011

Had my car towed here...no work to be done...just to hold. Was fine on Saturday night...this morning...NO breaks. The break line got snapped. They insisted it was not their fault...though told me they had a similar situation with a timing belt going. So...somehow between Saturday being towed...and Tuesday morning and NO one driving it...the breaks are gone and no break fluid. Thanks guys! They did give me 1.5 days off the storage for some reason...and I am TRUELY appreciative of that...but made me skeptical after seeing my breaks were gone. And no...I was not about to let them fix it... more

NEW OWNERS ARE GREAT AT STURBRIDGE AUTO BODY 1/2/2010

There is a new owner named Mark at Sturbridge Auto Body now and he is the best!! He is so pleasant, will not rip you off ever and is an amazing body man. He guarantees his work always and goes one step further for you than he has to. He did my car after an accident and it came out beautiful and it wasn't overpriced..........which is hard to come by these days!! I highly recommend people to go there now that there is new ownership and completely new management. more

sturbridge auto body rocks 2/7/2009

sturbridge auto body is the best they have this great painter his name is jeremy and he can paint cirlces around anyone i know he did an amazing job on my car and mark just is like super man he runs that shop he does all the towing and he talks to all the costumers so if u have a problem make sure u see mark cuz he will deffinitly help u out mike is a great macanic and tony is a great guy and helps out as much as he possibl;y can tony knows alot about vehicles and he will help u out alot more

Horrible experience! 8/3/2005

I had my car towed by Sturbridge after a pretty bad spinout off out I-84. I was stuck in a snow bank, so the tow guy strapped the hook onto my car, and told me to put it in neutral and steer myself out. What he didn't tell me was how to stop from there. So he got in his truck, pulled it up, stopped...but I kept going! As a result, the entire hood of my car was crunched in as the man smirked "It's not my responsibility". I was shocked and appalled. I was then billed an arm and a leg for this procedure and a jumpstart ($250!). If you can avoid it, do not have Sturbridge Auto tow your car! Wait another hour for Triple A!!! more
