Found them on goggle and gave them a try. Technician was knowledgable about my refrigearator. Didn't over charge for repair. Will use again. more

We have used this company for the last three years, per recommendation of our neighbor, who has been using them for 35 years. We asked them to evaluate our AC, which they said they would estimate at no cost. We just got a bill for $100. Will be happy to revise this review if they waive this bill, but has already left a bad taste in my mouth. If they sucker us in with a "free estimate" then they should respect their words. To make matters worst, they misdiagnosed the problem anyways. The AC started back up with no need to replace the motor fan.\r \r Additionally, the same neighbor who recommended them to us stated that she had them come out for her AC as well and they tried to sell her a complete new unit when three others told her that it was unnecessary. \r Really disappointed with the current service. Seems they are trying to gouge faithful customers in a bad economy. more

I am deaf and they didn?t show up and did not do what I ask them to do about use email or text and never reply back I give them zero star more

Do not call the phone number they have listed! It is NOT their phone number - it has been mine for over 7 years and I am tired of getting their calls. They are obviously not very professional if they cannot even get their phone number correct! more

I called Strawberry to ask a tech a few questions and David was very helpful. I actually called him serveral times and when I couldn't do it my self he came out and fixed my refrigerator for me at a great price. If you have questions or problems call Strawberry. They are very helpful. Will use them again. more

We needed 2 washer parts replaced and didn't want to mail order parts and wait for it to arrive, so we thought we would go ahead and pay a little labor and an acceptable mark up on part, to get it done quick.\r It is 2 days later, and we just cancelled service because the 2 parts needed were quoted at a 100% mark up from what we had already found them for from Sears. Unbelievable that they have managed to stay in business when they are robbing customers with a 100% mark up on parts! more

Strawberry Appliances had the best price on the Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer plus pedestals than anyone else on the internet. An added plus was expert installation and overall GREAT service. Strawberry Appliance also assisted us a year later in finding a technician with reasonable prices to service our GE Profile refrigerator that came with our new home. PROS: Great prices, fantastic service, and wonderful attitudes! CONS: None! more

i saw their advertisement on tv. since it owner operated i thought i would give them a try. what a mistake. they were nice enough but tried to sell me something i did not want that cost a lot more than what i wanted. their attitude was pretty much we know better than you so i went elsewhere to buy my washing machine. i thought they were high priced anyway more

Strawberry Appliance sold me an inferior, off-brand and ill-fitting replacement part for my washing machine, which wore out in just a few months' time. The owner told me that nothing was wrong with his inferior part but rather with my machine, and to paraphrase, I was out of luck. I know that this is not true, because I've previously purchased this same part from another local retailer, and it didn't wear out for years. I won't ever do business with Strawberry Appliance again. more
