All of the employees are rude and act like you don't matter, despite spending thousands of dollars there! Ill gladly drive 45 min to another dealer after being treated so poorly recently there. Harman needs to pay attention to this place and re-evaluate their sales with them. Ill never buy another item from this place!! more

I had experience with StovesnStuff & was curious to see what other people's reviews would be. The salesmen were honest, forthcoming and knowledgeable. During the times while I was there I overheard a number of happy customers thanking them for what they did and watched them solve problems for customers unhappy with other shops where they had issues. I noticed the latest "People's Choice Award" and was informed that the previous couple of year's banners were in the back (voted on by newspaper readers.) I've been very happy with their approach and quality of the products (and they don't hesitate to talk people out of items that they have available but aren't impressed with.) Don't take my word for it, try another shop and then stop there and post YOUR experience. more

AWFUL! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH STOVES-N-STUFF! Bought a wood stove insert in 2009 -could never close the baffle on the chimney flue properly since the day it was installed. They gave my wife and I every excuse in the book -never offered to come take a look. This Oct. 2011, they finally admitted there was a manufacturing defect. They ordered parts, but they took 6 weeks to come in, and ended up being the wrong parts. Spoke with the owner who asssured me he would send someone out after he checked with the manufacturer. He never called back -typical of anyone you deal with there. When my wife called to inquire (now Dec. '11) because she has to sit in the house with her COAT ON, he said he couldn't come until a week later because he had "other customers yelling at him" for their problems and needed to help them first. They lie, they have no customer service -just excuses and no results. SHOP ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! more

Stoves N Stuff Ltd is one of the World's largest full service stove and fireplace shops. They carry a large and complete selection of wood, coal, gas, pellet, oil and electric stoves and fire place systems. They have been in business for over 30 years and they accept most major credit cards. They do excellent work. I highly recommend them. Great and beautiful fireplaces and stoves. more
