I think this house is gorgeous and the area is nice, but when we went to a friend's reception here we had to park in gravel and dirt (maybe that has been fixed by now). Another thing I'm not a fan of is that there is no one big room for everyone to gather. It is a regular house with a foyer area, living room, kitchen area, etc. So everyone smashed into the front area to greet the bride and groom and then went on to the kitchen to get food, leaving the newlyweds alone in the front room which I thought was awkward since this was their party. There isn't anywhere to dance or have music playing. They are cheaper than other places, but these are probably reasons why.
