Stone Creek Furniture Factory

The products that I ordered were exactly what I wanted; a beautiful dresser and a nightstand. The saleslady who worked with me on my order was very helpful. I was so pleased as the quality of this furniture. Unfortunately, as I was trying to lift my older type TV onto the dresser, it scraped the edge on the way up. I hadn't even had it a week and it was already damaged; I was horrified. I called Stone Creek and they were extremely nice and helpful. They came back and picked up the top and took it back in to repair it. It was delivered back to my home repaired... all at no charge. About a week later, I received a call from customer service to check up with me to see if I was satisfied. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and highly recommend them for their quality furniture and great customer service. more

I walked around the TEmpe location and was very excited to see such quality in furniture!! However after walking around the showroom for about 10 minutes we had not met any employees. we had to leave the showroom to find an employee who was (what looked like) relaxing in his offce. The employee was not helpful and seemed uninterested in helping us learn more about their products. Overall their furniture is great, the prices are kinda high, but for extremely great quality I will make an exception. However for bad customer service I will not go there again. more

I visited this furniture factory when I was looking for a nice television stand for my new home. The showroom I visited was in Glendale and was fairly small. The furniture was gorgeous and spendy. I did not find what I was looking for and had to "bother" a salesperson on his cell phone to ask him a question. He told me they could build me whatever I wanted but it would be at least eight to twelve weeks for my order. He was not very helpful or friendly. I guess he already had enough commissions that month to pay his bills?? I don't think I would visit this store again even though they did have nice furniture. The customer service was not what you would expect at a high-priced furniture store. more
