I'm very pleased with Stone Creek Furniture. I've had a lot of negative experiences with furniture companies in the past but I'm delighted to say that I've found Stone Creek Furniture to be fantastic. They're very prompt and good at responding to my questions. They truly care about their customers and do everything to make the transactions easy and smooth. I can't speak highly enough of them. Everybody that works there is friendly and professional. Shelby is excellent. I've been using them for the last year and they've been great at building furniture and delivering it to me on time. more

We had a very good experience with Stone Creek Furniture. They took us through the building of our cabinet so we could see what it was going to look like. Their sales staff was very knowledgeable, and their pricing was reasonable. Everything worked out well! The only thing was it was three weeks late. It was around the holidays when things tend to get backed up, so it wasn't enough to ruin our experience. more

Stone Creek Furniture was very helpful with designing what we wanted. We got our furniture very quickly. I think our salesman left between the time we ordered and the time we got it, so the girl called and there was some confusion about our specifications. But, it all worked out very well because they really made sure we got the furniture we wanted. They set it up and everything was fine. When we noticed a drawer that was a little crooked, we called them. They came right back out and fixed it in about 60 seconds. Everything was fine! more

Stone Creek Furniture took the furniture, moved it and installed it. I was out of town when they did it but my wife was home. There was only one very minor issue but they came right back out to fix it. Overall, we were really satisfied with them. more

Stone Creek Furniture built a credenza for us, and it's beautiful! It came in the wrong color at first, but they took it back and redid it. Now it's perfect! The guys who came to deliver it installed it properly. They cleaned it, and everything was really nice! Their customer service is great. They took care of the problem when they first delivered the unit, so I'm was very satisfied. The quality of the product is excellent. After the color was changed, it was exactly what we wanted! more

Stone Creek Furniture redid our entertainment center. When I heard about them through several of our neighbors, I was under the assumption that they would help me with the design portion of the project. I'm not a designer, so I was expecting that someone would come out to my home and walk me through the steps of figuring out what would go well in the room. We ended up just making a purchase and going with it, but I was expecting more than that. With Stone Creek, you just walk in and tell them what you want built. It was a big purchase, so I was a little apprehensive about it all. We went through with the purchase, and there were some rocky patches. Something got messed up, but I'm willing to recommend Stone Creek because they fixed the problem without too much hesitation. We had to go without a TV in the living room for about a month, but I really like the finished product. I would recommend them. It was kind of rocky, but by the end it was a success! more

When I first went to Stone Creek Furniture, I wasn't sure what I wanted. When I went in the salesmen was real nice. He set me up on the internet to look at their inventory. I decided I wanted it to match the stain on my bedroom furniture and they were able to do that. It took about 5 weeks but that was only because I delayed it being out of town. The customer service was outstanding. They were always so quick to get in touch with me and check in . The delivery was also really good and they set my new bed up for me. It looks beautiful! more

Stone Creek Furniture really is the best. Their salespeople are very good to work with. You can walk in and sit down with them and they'll come up with a design for you to see right in front of your eyes. That was a very nifty aspect of their service. I love supporting them as a local business. When I bought my entertainment center, they were good in terms of laying out the timeline of installation. They told me exactly when I should expect the delivery and called me on the dates they indicated. They even delivered the product a day earlier. The people who came and assembled it were punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm overall really pleased. more

We used Stone Creek Furniture to install a bookcase. The best experience with them was the two guys who installed the bookcase. Originally, we were told that some electricity would need to be moved around but they ended up being able to install the bookcase without having to do that. The bookcase turned out beautiful. If you have questions I would recommend asking the installers because they are very knowledgeable. more

I ordered kitchen cabinets and paid my DEPOSIT of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS 8 MONTHS AGO. 8 months and it's still not done! The list of problems is just to long to explain here. Currently my entire kitchen is draped in plastic with all the drawers and doors in the shop. I'm thinking of taking them to court but that would just be more aggravation. Don't fall for their advertising. There are plenty of cabinet shops in this town, go somewhere else. more
