Would have preferred to give them zero stars 11/24/2008

I would have preferred to give this store zero stars but that was not an option. This store is great...if you like wearing Euro Trash shoes...This store is great....if you like being looked down upon by the staff. I am an avid shoe lover. Chanel, Tory Burch, Prada are my favorites. This store though is probably the worst shoe store I have ever been too. The selection is lousy unless you are into the Euro Trash look. And the owner, whom I have meet while shopping the Philadelphia store is a total nut job. If you are going in to check it out avoid her at all costs. She is pushy and rude...which I would guess is a lousy attribute for someone in customer service/sales. I say take those shoes and shove them up your @ss. Pros: I was able to leave Cons: The sales force, the selection, the owner more

Best shoes In Center City 8/15/2006

I admit, at first I was a bit intimidated to go into this shop, but once I did, the salesgirls made me feel very comfortable. The merchandise is very cutting-edge and high-end, but I am a shoe lover on a budget. Once I told the girl I could not afford to spend more than $300, she offered help and showed me merchandise that was surprisingly in my price range. They sell my favorite designer, Giuseppe Zanotti, and they even had a couple left in the sale section that were in my price range. After the salesgirls brought some sandals they thought would be good for me, I tried them on, but told them I was not able to buy anything that day. They were understanding, gave me a business card and offered help for anything in the future, and told me about their website. I definetely think this is the best store in town for high- fashion shoes and accesorries, and I will visit again. more

Ditto 6/19/2005

I had a similar experience as the last reviewer. I found the salesperson to be very rude and not friendly at all. This happened maybe three years ago. I walk by this store almost daily and have never been inside again because of my first experience. more

  • In Short
This Rittenhouse boutique is a post-feminist retail tribute to women of power. The place itself is a revamped corner store, with a wooden S-shaped bench in the center, knotty-pine shelves, weathered iron displays, branch-like chandeliers and an office loft hidden at the top of a peek-a-boo stairway. In the windows, the sequined and leather styles of the moment beckon curious passers-by.
