I went into steves to get all the dings and a dent in trunk taken care of on my car. I was given a price just slightly lower then the other repair shops i have been too. I decide to go ahead and get the repairs done. The following day i was to go back and pick up my car however when i called to see if it was finished he said something came up and never got to it that they had just started it. He would need another day. I really didnt have much choice leaving my car he said that it was being work on it. So i called again the next day and he said it would be e done by noon. I went on about one to get my car and the repairs look like a two year old did it. I was extremly unhappy. It looked like he just painted over the dings and the rust spots were not smooth. I had given him my credit card to start the process so he just use that same information to get his money for the rest of the bill. I am currently working with bank to retrack his payments but its not going well. I assume i will be out my money and will have to go somewhere to get my car repaired again for it looks twice as bad. Good Job 4/7/2011

I asked them to fix front n back bumpers in my car with some negotiation in price. They fixed the bumpers with little scrach on oneside(very minor thing). The good thing is they did not agree to fix Tail light which had issue initially. But later they fixed that too..without extra money. I got quote from 4 others and Steve quote was less than others!!. I hope inside of my car is fine..so far..:). They agreed to fix the minor issue(without extra money)... more

Avoid this Collision Shop 2/18/2011

AVOID THIS SHOP!!!! They were entrusted to repair a car with extensive damage. They only made COSMETIC repairs and left the underlying damage untouched. The frame was bent the and the crumple zones were destroyed and never repaired. This car was returned a virtual death trap!!!! This was only discovered after the car was involved in a second low speed accident. (It was backed into in a driveway). They were given a 2nd chance to repair and lied and said they did. When in fact they did not make the neccessary repairs. Even if you win in court You will NOT get your money back!!! This guy has defaulted on loans and owes the state a boatload of back taxes and for the life of me I can't figure out how he is even still in business. He is a crook and should be shut down. When the Marshall's were called to collect on the court settlement guy laughed because he already knew what horrible track record this guy has. I was told good luck you will never see your money. There are a lot more people in line in front of me. I can only warn people not to get involved with this shop. It will save your wallet and literally it could save your life. more

~Beware Complete Hack Job~ 12/6/2010

This could've been a very Nice Job for A Real Repair Shop but Not This Hacker! My car will Never be the same... It was less than adequately repaired and What a Hack Job they Have Done! Please any and everybody should beware of this shop! The paint was bubbled, blisterd, painted over Dust, Cracks, Parts repaired & Not Purchased New, Parts not aligned, Color Completely OFF and more recent it has rusted, peeled and it leaks! NO JOKE, this Steve and his People have NO Business touching my car or anyone Elses for that matter! more

well they messed my car up as in lights chrome bumpers and painted the car the wrong shade and refused to give refund or paint over Cons: the job it self more
