Steven Amendola Salon & Spa

I don't know what the Birds nest person was talking about, she must have been drinking before getting to the salon. My daughter's wedding was a few months ago and her wedding party was serviced at the Steven Amendola Salon and Spa. We had a wonderful experience.!!! From the moment my daughter talked with the Salon Coordinator ""Lauren"" and ending with the receptionists before leaving, it was a glorious day. The professional staff at Steven's were all so accommodating. Each and every stylist and make-up artist took their time and made sure we were all satisfied. You could tell their stylists were a well educated team as I watched them work together to meet our needs. As stressful as a wedding day could be, their attitudes were calming and helpful. My daughter's hair never looked more beautiful. Her bridesmaids each had big smiles as they admired themselves when finished. They all looked so elegant. Everyone was started on time and finished on time. (Which is really important when you are on such an important schedule like a wedding day. ) I have since recommended several people to Steven's salon. Not one person that I recommended has been disappointed. Sounds to me that the ""Birdsnest Bride or Bridesmaid"" who wrote before was unhappy before getting to the salon. My next daughter will be getting married in a couple years. I will be calling the salon very soon to make sure we can get our wedding booked cause I know a place as professional as his gets booked quickly. YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!! It's the best place in NY if you ask me of 45 years! I have been coming here since they opened! I found Steven before he opened his Salon and found that ""ALL"" of his services and staff that was chosen carefully are extremely talented with hair. Marianne, Steven and the entirety of his team work on your hair professionally, as if you are in a 5th Avenune Salon in Manhattan! It's a wonderfuly experience to be here. I have always had hair foils, color and many different hair styles which always left me content when I left the salon. The curtiousness, caring and talent that are employed here are considerably gifted at what they do. When you walk into the salon - you feel like you belong there immediately. you feel like family. and yes, you feel like your opinion matters. you feel like you are important and that your needs are special. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else on the planet anymore. There is NO place that can do a better job! Your hair is ALWAYS cut even, cut to your likings, colored to your skin tone with preciseness and care. Your nails are beautiful and mine last 3 weeks with gel! Facials are great and massages are wonderful! Please come here if you want a GREAT HAIR STYLE and leave feeling like a princess. Trust me! I was forced to go here to get my hair done b/c I was in a friend's wedding. By the time I walked out of there I had a huge birds nest on the very top of my head! It looked horrible! the only thing I could do to console myself was to not look in the mirror for the next 10 hours and drink a lot of alcohol! To charge so much money and then make me look worse than when I walked in, I should have sued these people. The entire wedding was an embarrassment for me.
