I felt like Sterling McCall was my home and Bob and Ki were part of my family! I had that warm and fuzzy feeling with everyone there! All the workers there including the reception...

Happy 4/26/2012

We looked at the MDX along with others SUVs in the Houston area. Our choice was the Acura MDX based on test driving of the other choices CR-V... RAV4... Murano... Pilot... Highlander... 4Runner. My wife chose the MDX hands down. My wife and I had visited other Acura dealers in Houston before going to Sterling Mccall. We strongly feel we received the BEST car deal after going to the other dealers.We are very happy with our decision to buy the MDX from Sterling Mccall. more

Never a bad experience at Sterling McCall Acura. 3/27/2012

I have been coming to this dealership location since I leased my first Acura (a 1994 Vigor) and have NEVER had a bad experience. I find it somewhat amazing to have a 16 year relationship with a car dealer and never have a problem :) I credit my good fortune to the quality craftsmanship of Acura and the excellence of your staff. Beverly St John has assisted me with my service appointments since the first one in 1994 and has always been outstanding. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail reflect a great deal on the professional atmosphere of your organization. Bob Cook has handled every on of my leases and has always done it in a very efficient and professional manner. He is another excellent representative of your company. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Acura and your dealership. more

Coffee junkie 2/29/2012

I LOVE the cappuccino... tea... & coffee maker in the waiting area! The only thing missing was that there was only decaffeinated beans available. Caffeine is a necessary element for me in the morning. So... the only improvement I can think about is to have caffeinated beans available in the machine (not a biggie though). The french vanilla flavor was delicious! The beverage maker made all the difference in the wait time. Thanks!! more

Smooth process 2/7/2012

As usual my service advisor... Bert... is just perfect. The check out was smooth and clearly explained. I`m sure the other dealers scratch their heads and wonder how this type of loyalty is gained from their clients. As for me... it started with my sales rep Antonio Glass... then on to a fabulous person in the finance division (who also was a whiz with the new tech package I bought)... and then onto Bert Glass in service. A winning team and one that must bring about repeat customers and a better bottom line for the dealership. Bravo! more

this dealership is very professional. they will get you in and out very quickly and will try to do what you ask them to do. the prices are reasonable for a dealership and the staff is very nice. in particular, i liked lam nguyen. he has been at this dealership for a year or so now and he is the only advisor i deal with as i can trust him. more
